The Penetanguishene Community Market has a proud mission of:
Handmade: Some examples of handmade products you will find at the market include jewellery, clothing, aboriginal pieces and woodwork. You can also buy homemade foods, such as jams and preserves, breads, pies, butter tarts, cookies, pastries and other savoury delights.
Homegrown: At the market, you will find locally-grown seasonal produce including salad greens, herbs, tomatoes, berries, sweet peppers, apples, carrots, and potatoes. Much of the produce sold at the market is also organic.
Fair Trade: Some of our certified fair trade products at the market are coffees, teas and shea butter.
The Penetanguishene Community Market will run every Saturday from June 2nd until October 6th, 2012, from 9am until 1pm.
